Beware of Celebrity White Teeth! They offer a free "trail" sample for only shipping costs of $2.19. Its a 14 day free trail. It starts when you place the order. Then they delay the shipping of the order.
So you call customer service and they appologize and tell you not to worry just wait a few more days. We will get it shipped out to you. You don't recieve the product until well after the trail time. Then the "Big" surprise, they bill your credit card for $149.95 saying its a member ship fee.
When you challenge the customer disservice they tell you that they will cancel your membership, but you will still be billed for the $149.95. They say it is because you did not cancel before the trail period was up.
Customer service tells you to send an Email to there support center to request a refund. Upon reciept of said Email you are immediately declined a refund. Call back and they say there is nothing they can do. Ask to speak to a supervisor and they decline, because of said security reasons.
Don't fall into the trap. Beware of Celebrity White Teeth.
