I was an employee for Centurion Security Group. In less than one year that I have worked received three confirmed bounced checks. The checks that where paid was paid days if not weeks after our pay schedule was due. This was not just me saying this there are others that worked here that had the same issues. Avoid working for this company unless you want to work and not get paid or get paid weeks later. This company had zero consideration that they wrote you a bad check or that they were late paying you. Causing you finance grief, overages or fees, they will simply tell you they don't manage your finances. Which is very good thing since they can't manage their own finances. If you dare complain about this you will ge fired for a bogus reasons. They used to have direct deposits but since they consistenly don't have funds and have been switching banks you have travel to homestead to get your checks, god forbide them to actually come to you on time to provide you the check that they owe for hours you worked.

To All Interested,

This individual I know.  His name is Alberto.  Alberto only provided part of the story and exaggerated the rest.  I'll fill in the blanks for the public.  To clarify; there was indeed an occassion/ pay period in which checks bounced.  However is wan no because of insufficient funds.  The reason that some checks were bounced that pay period, is becuase fraud was discovered by the bank and someone had created fake checks at that time and were cashing them everywhere

To all concerned,

This individual I know.  His name is Alberto.  Alberto only provided part of this story, and outright lied about the rest.  I'll fill in the blanks for the public.  To clarify; there indeed was one occasion in which checks bounced.  However, this was not because of lack of funds.  The reason that checks bounced that pay date is because of fraud on the account, and the account was closed immediately. 

Our bank worked with us to minimize the damage.  Checks that were being cashed at banks could be verified at the counter and were cleared on the spot. But those of us, including myself that had deposited checks via ATM or quick money locations were adversely affected.  We had no way to stop the process once started and those specific deposits were rejected, causing other checks that some individuals had written including Alberto’s were affected and those personal checks bounced.  We understood the magnitude of the situation and apologized personally and in writing to each person affected by the fraud and the closing of our corporate account.

To help remedy the situation, we paid each employee that was affected up to $150 to help cover inconveniences or potential damage that may been caused.  That was sufficient to bring make everyone as whole as possible.  There was never another instance that a single check was bounced for insufficient funds since that day.

The issue and complaint generated by Alberto I’m sure was made because of his frustration with the situation.  Alberto was terminated in the same time-period as the fraud and bounced check.  The client at the time demanded that Alberto be removed from his gatehouse duties because he was caught on video multiple times failing to check identifications and properly record the information.  We did not have another post to his liking and we went our separate ways.  As is obvious now, the separation from Centurion was bitter. 

We wish you well Alberto.  But please do not post false information about Centurion again or we will be forced to take legal action to remedy the issue.
