CERTIFIED DFW CARPET AND AIR DUCT CLEANING BAIT & SWITCH/FALSE ADVERTISEMENT Grand Prairie, Texas

This company did several things uncustomary to my business expectations.  For example, they advertised a $6.95 carpet clean and $7.95 duct cleaning.  Then they send someone out to check to see if the job is worth this (legal estimate).

Once this is done, they draw a contract that does not even offer you what you were going to get.  This is what happened to me and my wife.

Sadly, they are in the BBB for all kinds of misleading and deceptive practices with several people. Why?  They offer you a contract to sign to attempt to guarantee their work as legit.  However, having a business degree...I know what this is.  It is a simple bait and trick practice much like advertising a (1) car on the lot for $7,999 then when you get there they only have that exact same car for $12,000. 
Services were also poor.  They will not tell you what you are getting into once you call in response to the ad. Then, all of the people are so displaced by this tactic that when you call to have a descent conversation or complaint about it...they are extremely defensive and argumentative.  Key indication to me that they have problems on the daily.

Problem #1:  They will talk all nice until you bring up the simplest dissatisfaction, which you will have.  I just had my carpet and ducts cleaned (apprx. 350%) higher than what I asked for over the phone call.  They said that after the job it is higher because they had to move the furnace and clean behind it.  This is not a vent and they did not explain that they were doing this.

Problem #2:  Once the carpet was soaking wet partially cleaned with the preconditioning, steam, deodorization (yes partially cleaned) something else was noticed. I took a Bounty Papertowel and put it on the carpet and it turned brown.

Problem #3:  The vents blew out all the stuff, supposedly cleaned out of the vents, onto the clean carpet, my computer monitor, printer, desk, and into the air again.  Remember this only causes the ducts to immediately become dirty again. 

Problem #4:  The electric central heat and air system stopped functioning in 34 degree weather.  Not sure what happened here.

Problem #5:  Used high pressure tactics to sale services.

Problem #6:  Price tag was $5.50 per minute!!!!!!!  Unheard of.  45min job for $275.00  Bare in mind this was (1) technician at work.  Do lawyer even get paid this much? LOL

Problem #7:  In the end, your carpet is not cleaned, the air quality is poor, and you have to go through loopholes to have it done correctly.

There is so much more to this than what I have stated, but I can tell you - this business gave me the impression that it operates only for the money!  You will not get the services you wanted with the price tag.  Ripoff Report INDEED!  ~ I have a Business Degree and unfortunately I was not at home to see this nonsense occur.

***Also unless you have the money to blow and have kids, bills, etc.  you want to stay away!!!  they have likely legalized this their business to take what they provide. Contracted nonsense and dissatisfied services***
