WARNING!!! Property Manage Company - Unethical & Bad Business Practices

This company (CGA Property Management Company) advertises and list services to Train individuals to become Property Managers and promisesat theendof trainingdesignatedProperty Accounts for the individuals to begin managing in order to generate income. The company charges $450.00 for the program.

The training is taught and managed by Chris Airola (Christopher K. Airola) in Citrus Heights Ca. In the beginning the program will "appear" advantageous, rewarding and promising. However, his training "style" is dis-organized, un-prepared and redundant which causes the training to be pro-longed and lengthy.

Mr. Airola will then lose focus and forget what he has already gone over and trained, causing additional pro-longed days of training to continue. You will feel lost, un-organized and frustrated and then he will NOT issue the Accounts as previously promised.

Mr. Airola advertises (on-a slide show)5-Property Management Accounts to be issued to you upon completion, however verbally he changes it to 3-accounts.

He is VERY un-ethical, looks over his shoulder in worry CONSTANTLY because he does not know current laws, rules and regulations and has told stories of bad-deals transactions that he has made in error costing him THOUSANDS of dollars. He's very paranoid, NOT CAUTIOUS, he has hidden cameras all throughout his office and records all phone conversations. This is not cautious, it's paranoid. Someone with un-ethical and immoral business practices only creates this type of paranoia. Honest people don't have to live like this or worry to this magnitude.

For women looking to get into this line of work, he talks down to women, he harasses women and intimidates with constant stories of who he had to FIRE and reasons why. He CONSTANTLY tells the trainees that he has FIRED other Property Managers and this sort of intimidation and harassment causes a very disturbing, uncomfortable and fearful work environment.

The time-lineor scheduled datefor completing the program will come but he will NOT issue youthe properties as promised. Nor, will he offer a refund. He becomes belligerent, angry, arrogant, insulting andnasty.

He will make up EXCUSES, talk down to women and bully you. The bullying and intimidation is a form of sexual harassment. Remember that.

So, not only will you be out the $450.00 you invested in, he will not issue you your Property Accounts. Don't allow it to happen to you, REPORT HIM!!!!

As the owner of CGA Property Management I have been training property managers for more then 20 years.  My company, CGA Property Management, has recieved our industries top awards for performamce and customer service for many years.  CGA has trained sucessful property managers throughout the state of California and continues to do so on a regular basis.

I always strive to see that all students succeed in the classroom and in the field after graduation.  Unfortunately some students are not sucessful as was the case with the complaintant Michelle.

Michelle attended our Property Management classroom training and our field training program.  Unfortunately after graduation Michelle was not able to become a sucessful property manager.  During her post training Michelle became increasing frusterated with her lack of sucess and aventually requested a refund.

Michelle was given a full refund of her course fees.

CGA offers unlimited "post graduation" training to all of its student for a period of at least one year after graduation. I m sorry that MIchelle is bitter and I wish her the very best in whatever calling she pursues.
