No Sure how this could be a "Total Ripoff" if the customer received
400 Chairs prior to filling the complaint. We explained the Chairs were
on backorder and we offered a full refund for the 100 chairs. The 100
Chiavari Chairs were delivered and the customer has ALL 500 CHAIRS.
