The American dream and the Canadian dream and pretty much the dream of anybody in the world is home ownership. Unfortunately a very unscrupulous company in Canada is turning the dream of homeownership into one massive nightmare.

Now let's make one thing very clear. Although I mentioned the word unscrupulous. When this company first started with the original owner/founder Charlie Kuiken, it was a solid company. Very high standards. Morals and ethics of the highest value. From the owner to the sub-contractor and everyone in between. Just an all-around fantastic company.

But sadly that's all changed now. With complete new staff and new ownership. The company in question is the one building in the Guelph / Rockwood Ontario region.

The two unscrupulous people in question are Avi Deutsch and Jonas White. They're basically piggybacking off the reputation and hard work of the previous owner and success. 

They're taking the good name of Charleston homes, dragging it through the mud, and using it to lure unsuspecting prospective homeowners in order to scam them out of their money.

They make big promises they can't keep. Their quality of work has drastically decreased with many of their subs quitting due to new ownership. Their customer support is basically non-existent.

And by the time the homeowner realizes that they didn't get exactly what they paid for (nowhere near), complaining does not help. That's where they use their top attorneys in legal jargon in order to get away with your hard-earned money all while giving you a subpar product.

I wouldn't trust these people as far as I can throw him, for spit on them.

“This new guy Avi is like a dictator. He comes to the picture out of no where, advises the other s**t head, Jonas to close the old company and fire all the old staff. Then a few months later they re-open the company and promote it as if it’s a great company with over 25 years experience as builders . . . what are you talking about. They should quit while they’re behind."
