Chase Cole Galleries hollywoodmax2013 on EBay, CaughtandCandied on Etsy 10302 Crocus St NW, Coon Rapids, MN Bait & Switch Coon Rapids Minnesota

These people sell online at Etsy CaughtandCandied, Ebay hollywoodmax2013 and had a physical location under the name Chase Cole Galleries in Coon Rapids MN until they were evicted.  Also have a previous eviction and a $36,000 judgement for unpaid rent.  Operate under various names, there may be more to avoid detection.  Currently operating out of a warehouse and their home in Coon Rapids.

Saw an item on Ebay, drove to their physical store to see it, it was not in the store.  One of the owners, Cindy Ferguson, stated it had not been received yet but still could be purchased.  Charged my credit card that day, I did not receive the item until 84 days later.  When the item arrived the shipper demanded $200 more than what was quoted in the Ebay auction.  Cindy did not run this sale through Ebay/Paypal eliminating their protection plan and her eBay fees.

What I received is nothing like the eBay pictures, it was described as being gorgeous, but it's a piece of filthy trash.  I wouldn't even keep it in my home.  I have contacted the owners over 10 times during the last three months, they have just lead me on to believe they might do something to correct the situation.  It's been 4 months now they do not respond at all.  I believe the pictures they used were not of the actual item they sent me and they intentionally delayed correcting the problem to run out timelines.

When you contact them they will call you a liar, blame someone else and not make any effort to correct it.  Don't buy anything from them unless you actually go and see it.
