I have been to Chelsea Eye Ophthalmology for 3 visits now. All three visits I waited an excruciating long period of time to see Dr. Coad. Once I was finally brought back into the exam room I was talked down to and rushed through my testing by a Hispanic man.
When Dr. Coad finally came in to see me he was very nasty and appeared under the influence. I could actually smell alcohol on his breathe. When I asked him if he was drinking he got very upset and asked me to leave. He actually made a scene in front of other patients and staff members.
I have since called the office 5 times and all employees refuse to help me. I have simply asked for my medical records so I can see a different doctor.
Last week I stopped by the office and personally asked for my medical records. The manager Phillip Lam told me that I needed to go to a different office to get them and refused to help me. I was dumbfounded at the behavior of everyone at this practice.
I still have yet to receive my Medical Records. This office needs to be shut down immediately.
