Having hired Cheryl David to represent me before former INS, today ICE, was an absolute mistake. My case was denied twice at a court hearing and an extension of my I-555 was never extended. In addition I had my green card taken from me.

Not only did I lose my legally obtained green card under her representation but you may also lose your money. I did receive my green card back in 1996 and lost her after going to court with her as my counsel in New Jersey. I was left an illegal immigrant after this. I had to return home for I couldn't bear the financial burden this entailed.

I kept paying Cheryl bit of money here and there, as much as I could afford and in the end the case was dropped by ICE, no I-555 extension given and more than $1300.00 in fees taken for no reason. I owed her $1200.00 but because of losing my status I couldn't afford to get a well paid job. She would call me to harass me and threaten me with having my case dropped.

Cheryl is a liar. She will tell you that your case is alright and even represent she's friends with the immigration judge to simply take your cash and have you lose your status. Cheryl David is a nasty person. She will harass you for money as if racketeering you for money if you don't pay her.

I highly suggest anyone doing business with her to stay away from Cheryl David and getting you money back.
