Yes it the woman with all dorrs locked, looking from under her desk! Sneakily runs a federal & state level scam that targets vulnerable families needing help. She takes your money and provides hand written sloppy administrative paperwork that is outside the legal threshold of feedback needed to be sucessful in the child support. We were sold on , seangentilechildsupport.com out of Ft Laud. The woman made it sound simple, and a quick easy low cost way to collect child support. (She provides legal advice, but swears she doesn't) After making payment Sean Gentile used aggressive scare tactics demanding we write on internet fake reviews and testimonials. In order for her to continue participation she reprimanded we get involved with her 3rd party local lawyer advertising service to make extra cash on the side. Upon her direction we filed the documents she suggested and provided to us to take to the courthouse ourselves only to find out it was all wrong, and a complete waste of time.

The Florida Supreme Court ordered an Oakland Park company offering child support help to refrain from providing legal advice. Sean Gentile of Gentile Child Support LLC signed an agreement saying she and her company would not claim they are "child support specialists" or use other phrases suggesting they can offer legal advice or expertise, according to The Florida Bar. The agreement did not include any admission of wrongdoing but resolved "complaints of her practicing law without a license," the Bar said in a statement Thursday [Feb. 11].

Sean will definitely counter this. I know this because as a customer of hers, she badgered me to get the name of those leaving bad reviews of her online. This woman screwed me. I paid her all she requested to help me file for visitation, however upon trying to close out my balance, she refused to hand over the petition sent for me to her office because I did not want to sign off a checklist of things she did not do. This is an example of her selfish nature with no concern to help families. During our time of trying to work together, she screamed at me, she canceled appointments, she did not follow up, she even gave my phone number to someone to call me so that they could explain her argumentative nature and ask for forgiveness. She did this without my consent, just gave my number out. She constantly reminded me how she deals with emotional criminals and that she is always expecting that demeanor from her clients. She threatened to charge me additional fees just to ask her a question. Asked me what day I get paid because I owe her, but this is after I called her to check the status of my docs. This woman prey on people in genuine need of help. She counts on their ignorance and has a contract with ridiculous boundaries she will constantly remind you of to rid herself of helping you. She doesn't listen to your needs but rather sets her own expectations into your paperwork. Look around before hiring her because she is not a nice individual.

This report is anonymous to slander her good name. The writer refuses to reveal his name because everything at Sean Gentile is done with signed agreements with a clear understanding. Itappears to be the work of a jealous competitor. Shame on this person who refuses to reveal his name. Everything at Seans is done with filly explained signed agreements.
