Chloe and Charles Kessler Advance Fee loan Frauds, Scammers, liars, cheats New York New York

Charles and Chloe Kessler are seasoned scam artists that prey upon those seeking funds for business, home, auto or any other purpose. They claim to fund you within 3 days and ask for a nominal registration fee of $200. They send you real looking loan documents and tell you to expect funds to your account - but nothing ever comes and they never answer the phone or return your emails. She (Chloe) claims she is from Canada but she is an African American .... Charles is never on the phone. They reside in Scranton, Pennsylvania and use a trac phone not a regular cell phone this way they can change their number easily. Avoid these people like the plague. I have sent their documentation to the FBI, US Secret service and the US Postal service. They unwilling be pursued for bank fraud, wire fraud and other charges. Do not send them any money and do not ever believe a word they say.
