Claremont Funding William Robert Wanek Takes your money and does not provide service offered Baldwin, New York

I agreed to engage with services provide by the company as long as I could get a refund agreement which I did. I paid them $2995 to help me out with a Mortgage Loan Modification. They ensured me that I would be able to be modified as they have experienced people working with the banks. That was in November 2010. in July 2011, i hadn't heard from the company in regards to my modification so I contact the company asking for a refund.
 
I asked again in August, September, October, November, December and when i threatened to go to court, the owner called and promised he would give me a refund. That was a month ago. I've contacted the owner and owner's sister (director of operations) several times over the past month and not one response.

They want your money but don't want to do work or communicate with you. William Robert Wanek is a liar and said he had 5 attorney's on retainer so i wouldn't want to go to court because he would win. He's done this to quite a few people that I know of. I've filed complaints with the Attorney General, Nassau county and anyone else I can.
