Do not be misled by all of the positive Google reviews as most of them are fake. Look at them. 80% or more are written by people who only like two things in this world. North Georgia Auto Brokers and Classic Luxury Motors - The exact same thing!

Found the vehicle on CarGurus and they are about useless. In their words, they're just an auto listing site and are not responsible for the content :/ I was assured by Moe, Mohammad Zidan, that this vehicle was in great condition as I purchased it online and had it shipped to me from Georgia to North Carolina.

To say that MoMo lied about the condition of this vehicle is the understatement of the century! Even the fly by night truck company they found to haul this rig to me was a nightmare and I later found out he had no CDL and his insurance was being revoked due to aggressive driving.

Go figure... As of now, I have an additional $4,000 in repairs and they messed up the vehicle title transfer, lost the tracking number, so now I'm almost $30,000 in, and I can't even drive the truck, legally! Initially, the most severe problem was a large crushed in area above the doors where they meet the roof.

Hole is large enough to put your hand through... Lots of dings and dents. Also, no horn, interior lights, fan blower, A/C, check engine light (codeP20be - that's a $1500 DEF heater), bad tie rods, wheel bearings, missing numerous drivers compartment trim pieces.

This is the ad text: "The front windshield in is excellent condition. The paint is in great shape and condition. No dings are visible on this vehicle. This vehicle has a new set of tires. The interior was well maintained and is extra clean. the exterior was well maintained and is extra clean. The engine is functioning properly and has no issues. This vehicle has no previous collision damage. The transmission shifts very smoothly. The brakes are in great condition. The battery is in excellent condition. The car was previously owned by a non-smoker."

In an effort to remove my initial review, that was more scathing than this one, and the Better Business Bureau and SOS complaint, the dealer sent me $750. It's a drop in the bucket as opposed to what I'm going to have in this by the time I'm done with this slaughtering. Now, of course, whenever I call any of the numbers I have to contact these people, it automatically hangs up on me.

As well as several others , the dealer fails to file the title paperwork, the lienholder cancels the loan , and the Stealership offers financing at a ridiculous rate! Something that could have been such an enjoyable purchase, is turning out to be the worst, most expensive, stressful, financial bloodbath I've ever had - and it's far from over. Hope to be able to keep and drive my van someday... What a shame :(

It is finished

AUTHOR: Gary - (United States)

POSTED: Thursday, March 05, 2020

Well, after 90 extremely long days, countless hours spent on the phone with three different States government enforcement agencies, a phenomenal amount of crazy straw stories that changed from week-to-week, it is finally over with and I have my license plate in hand.

This means the title is on the way to the lienholder and they have been so useless in this then I'm just going to pay the darn thing off and get it over with. All's well that ends....

Possible title in the works

AUTHOR: Gary - (United States)

POSTED: Tuesday, February 04, 2020

UPDATE- Finally received contact from dealership today. Tracking number supposedly reappeared and title work could not be completed due to an insurance error. Information being sent to me to complete the title transfer myself? It would be nice if there is some truth in this. Its a shame I've been left in the dark about this for weeks. Will post with final results

Everyone makes mistakes

I don't know who you are, sir, but I don't run my life like you. At first, these people seemed quite nice and trustworthy, but I've never met I mean con man. And I'm quite sure that I would never treat someone the way they have treated me.

I know people who have had success purchasing Vehicles online, but it definitely wasn't from these people. The fact that I trusted someone that seemed reputable does not give you cause to verbally assault me. Perhaps you are one of the crooks there? Tell me, how does it feel to not have a conscience?

Yes Sir...Real, Real Smart!

YOU set YOURSELF up for this! YOU send off your money to somebody you don't know, never been to, to buy some dumb USED CAR you've NEVER seen; NEVER test driven, NEVER checked for body damage; NEVER heard the engine run; NEVER checked the accessories on!

You rely on pictures on a computer screen, words on a computer screen and a voice on a phone! Now you come here to cry, whine and stomp your feet because you think you've been scammed when in reality YOU failed to use even a thimble full of COMMON SENSE!

Don't write back talking about the virtues of trust! You ONLY trust somebody you have a PROVEN track record with! Besides that, everybody knows about the lack of honesty and integrity in the Sleazy American Car Business!

What in the hell is wrong with you??? Why not write back sonething STUPID like "you must work for them" because you can't put together any intelligent rebuttal!
