I was almost ripped off by TaxMasters and decided to check out other companies and found Classic Tax Resolution.  Boy, am I glad I did.  They not only helped me and provided me with some great information but also assisted me in areas that I was lacking in preparing my own tax return in order to avoid another tax audit from the IRS.  In addition, they didn't charge ANY upfront fees as the negative writer would have you believe.  I was only charged for exactly the services that I needed - nothing more, nothing less.  The personnel were really nice and always stayed on top of my case.  I was really happy with the work and have recommended Classic Tax Resolution to others that I know and I don't usually do that for fear that I might be blamed if something bad happens.  But I feel very confident and comfortable with Classic Tax Resolution.  They ARE different and DO care about the customer and really try to take care the customer from beginning to the end.  I will use them again if the situation ever comes up.  But with all the great information and guidance, I'm hopeful that won't be the case.  Classic, I thank you!

The information presented on Classic Tax Resolution was written by an employee of TaxMasters who was not happy about Classic Tax Resolution receiving business from TaxMasters due to TaxMasters fraudulent and deceptive business practices.  The employee who wrote the information was reported for having written false and derrogatory information about Classic which has been proven incorrect and false.  Lloyd Lee is an honest person with morals and ethics when it comes to running a company based on helping consumers with their issues - whether it be tax related or accounting related.  Classic Tax Resolution was formed by 3 partners who knew that TaxMasters was using deceptive business practices to gain monetary advantages for various managers in the company, mainly Pat Cox who is the CEO of TaxMasters.  The company's mission statement is a testimony to honest, hard work built on integrity and honesty.  The employee who wrote this article did not possess those values.  Thus, when someone is bent on making a company pay for being honest, the worst of that individual comes out.  Classic Tax Resolution is a company that has helped many taxpayers overcome the problems they experienced with TaxMasters, JK Harris as well as other Resolution companies who were NOT honest and did not have the taxpayers' interest at heart.  Classic does and will continue to strive to work hard and provide the best customer service.  The company DOES have CPAs, an Attorney, former IRS agents, Enrolled Agents and certified tax preparers who stand ready to assist those individuals that need help with tax problems, accounting issues or require other forms of services.  Review their website at www.classictaxresolution.com or give the company a call at 1-800-391-2343 and see for yourself.  The company is also in the process of becoming a member of the Better Business Bureau.  The BBB has rules on when a company can become members (i.e. a company has to be in business for a certain amount of time before they can apply for membership).  But the company has letters of recommendation as well as letters of "Thank you" for the great work and assistance Classic has performed.  Using slanderous and false information to try and steer business away from Classic is wrong.  So, I would advise anyone looking for a top-notch resolution/accounting services company to give Classic a call and decide for themselves.  Classic strives to work hard and treat every customer with dignity and respect without overcharging and using any form of false or deceptive business practices.  The company prides itself on doing a "job well done!"

 

I don't know who wrote the negative article regarding Classic Tax Resolution or on Mr. Lee but the author obviously does not know this company or Mr. Lee because if they did they would know that Mr. Lee and his company are extremely professional and take care of business they way a company should.  I have personally used this company and its services and found them to be very knowledgeable, very professional and very affordable all of which work for me.  I have checked out several other Resolution companies before deciding on Classic Tax Resolution and found that Classic was by far the best company for my business.  They knew exactly what to do, what I needed and didn't charge me for services I did not need.  The author who wrote about Mr. Lee was completely off base.  Mr. Lee is very kind, very thorough and very professional.  None of what was said was true.  In addition, I checked out the BBB and Classic does not have any type of rating at this time as they have been opened for less than a year and thus do not qualify to be a member of the BBB at this time.  But I was assured that as soon as the company qualifies, they will be signing up so that their rating will show how their company does business.  They even offered me a customer satisfaction survey in order to allow me to provide them with feedback on their services.  I found Classic to be very, very professional and would recommend them to anyone including family members.  Please don't put any stock in the negative writer's comments.  This person is obviously someone who doesn't like this company due to its success and is trying to make them look bad when they are far from it.  This company is truly a treasure in the Tax REsolution business and should be strongly considered when looking for a Resolution company or for any other tax/accounting services needed.  I loved using their service and will do it again if needed!

The writer below obviously does not know anything about Classic Tax Resolution for if they did they would know that Mr. Lee is not the person they portray in their written discussion.  I used Classic Tax Resolution and found Mr. Lee not only truthful and honest but very knowledgeable; something you want in the company you wish to do business with.  I was very pleased with their services and found the work to be top notch.  

As to the allegation of the BBB, I checked with the BBB and found that they don't rate companies that are less than a year into operation.  Had the writer checked that they would have known that the BBB can't issue a rating on Classic at this time.  

As to the allegation of complaints, lawsuits, letters and so on, I found NOTHING that would lead me to believe that Classic Tax Resolution is anything but a "Classic" company doing a good business that the writer obviously can't compete against.  

As to the allegation of their website being misleading and their fees too high, I totally disagree.  I checked out their website and found lots of useful information that helped me reach an informed decision.  Their fees were much more in line and reasonable than some of the other companies I contacted.  I learned that Tax Masters has some of the highest fees in the Tax Resolution business along with JK Harris.  I also learned that Tax Masters is under federal investigation for deceptive business practices and is currently being sued by 4 state attorney general offices as well as hundreds of complaints listed on complaint board where many individuals were cheated out of thousands of dollars and nothing was ever done with their tax issues.  I also learned that JK Harris just paid out a HUGE fine after a federal investigation found the company guilty of deceptive business practices also.  

Classic Tax Resolution took the time and patience to work with me, help me with my tax issues, provided me with several options and ultimately save me money for the services they provided.  The information written by the previous writer would indicate that there is some jealousy here due to Classic's ability to serve the taxpayers in a more efficient, economical and knowledgeable way.  Otherwise, why would they quote false allegations that can be proven wrong?  Classic Tax Resolution did a great job, I was very pleased and have recommended them to all of my friends and family for any tax issues they may have.  

Check them out on their website at www.classictaxresolution.com or call them at 1-800-391-2343 and see for yourself.  I believe you will find them to be courteous, helpful and knowledgeable as I did.  Don't let writers such as the one who posted false information keep you from looking into a company like Classic.  Check them out first to see if the allegations are true.  It was very, very apparent that this writer who posted these allegations has a grudge against a great company!
