Classof1 They Claim to help you with your homework, but never will!!!! They will take your money!! BE AWARE, Internet

I found this site while searching for homework help for my linux course. They claim to do the homework for you and send you the solution. I know this was a huge mistake on my part, because I should have done my own homework, but I am posting this for that others will be aware of their scam and not be fool as I was.
 
I sent them my homework and a few minutes later I received an email stating they were able to complete it and I was provided a quote. The quote was for $45 follows and I used their online coupon. I paid $35 for the solution.
 
They told me it would take a week to complete the assignment. I informed them that I needed it before a week because my assignment was due that same day. I received the solution 2 days later, but it was complete wrong.
 
I went back to the site and chat with one of the representatives. I explained my concerns with the assignment and I was sent another quote for $250. I told the rep that I had already paid. He advised me to email them.
 
After I emailed them I received a reply saying they will contact the tutor and update me soon. The next day I received another solution and it was still wrong. I emailed again and explained my concerns, but I received the same answer that they will contact the tutor and update me soon.
 
After a few hours I received an email stating the tutor wanted to know what the problem. I provided a detail explanation on the problems I had with the solution. I was told they will follow up me and that never happen.
 
I called the number on their site and explained to the representative my concerns. I told him I wanted my money back. He said he would contact me in 20mins, but I never received a call or email.
 
Please be aware of this company. I feel stupid for falling for something like this, but I felt sharing my story on here will protect others from sites like this. Next time I will just do my own homework.

The solution attached did not execute when i ran it. First acctcont1 is not a known command in the linux server. when I run this script I am prompt with

Thank you for your Help, but I am not sure if the tutor is understanding what is needed for this assignment. The script output should have the following in the output. When the script is ran, you type  
sh duration -u cs204701 /tmp/assign8.data The /tmp/assign8.data  is the data file being used to get the total connection time for each user. Please see attachment. The attach data is a test data file that can be used to test the script, but the script should work with any username if the format is correct. When the script is ran is should look like this.
 
UNIX-> sh duration -u cs204701 /tmp/assign8.data
CS204701 2011-11-15 03:40 05:18
cs204701 used 158 minutes.
 
Either way, I am not sure about this service and if what your advertisement is a fraud just to get more money. I spoke with a rep online from your site about my problems with this assignment and he provided me a quote of $250 for the same assignment. I paid $35 dollars for the homework help. I am not sure how $35 turned into $250 for a simple assignment such as this and why would I pay more money when the first assignment was wrong. I am still learning how to use linux shell scripting and unfortunately I dont know anyone that can help me with this assignment, which is why I used this service. My class is online so my professor can only help, but so much.
 
At this point, I will try my best to do what I can with this assignment and I will not use your service in the future.

When I run the script, for username cs204701 in the data file /tmp/assign8.data, it shows their connection time with the date, start and end time. See below:

It also should show how many minutes were use between the start time and end time.
cs204701 used 158 minutes.
 
When I run this script I should type:
 
 sh duration -u cs204701 /tmp/assign8.data or any login name from the data file  /tmp/assign8.data and it should show me:
 
CS204701 2011-11-15 03:40 05:18
cs204701 used 158 minutes.
 
The provided data file shows sample records. My script needs to work any data file so long as the each data line follows the same format. Otherwise, the script is not needed.
