Clear One Advantage Mispresentation, Breach of Duty, Fraud, Gross Negligence Baltimore, Maryland

Clear One Advantage has been grossly negligent in managing my file for the past two years.
They have mismanaged my file and misrepresented facts to me. I have a string of emails dating back over two years relating to two of my outstanding credit cards. My file changed hands numerous times and everytime someone new took over my case, they asked me to resend documents, because the previous person had not put them in my file. They repeatedly misrepresented that they were working on settling my cases when the emails show and their own employee admitted that my file hadn't been touched in over a year. They repeatedly told me they working with their law firm to get a lien removed from my file and by their own records and admissions there is no record that they were doing that. I have had more than enough money in my account to have settled one of the accounts two years ago and because of this gross mismanagement and their misrepresentation of facts, my other credit card has accrued over $3000 in interest, when in fact, I would have been able to add funds to my account and had it settled two years ago at a much lower balance. For over two years I have been trying to get my last two cards settled so I could rebuild my credit. This company has lied to me and has charged me for services they have failed to properly provide. They told me not to contact my creditors and they that they were working on my case, when, in fact, they were not. They have repeatedly given me false and inaccurate information. Their actions are highly unethical and have caused a great deal of harm.
