DO NOT PAY CLEARVIEW MEDIATION. They are a scam. They lied to me. They are not a legitimate debt collection agency and are not licensed out of the state of California in which they are located. Clear View Mediation is owned by Kamesha Daniels, who is a former felon who has done federal time approximately 10 years. Now she has the responsibility of collecting your credit card information illegally. How about it? And her girlfriend Kelly Gibson who sits beside her and their skeem to rob the debtors of credit card information.

I paid their company $3,000.00 before learning they were not the legitmate holders of my charged off account. I must admit, they were good at their scam so they got me but it raged me and caused me to due my due dilligence. Her office is full of rejects which none of them have a legitimate license to even have access to sensitive information. I can't understand how the attorney general isn't on top of this peice of s**t. Excuse my french. But if you pay her, you will be a victim too. I advise anyone who is called by CLEARVIEW MEDIATION to please contact the attorney general in your state and file a complaint.
