ClickBank does business with scammers that entice business owners looking to grow their business with valuable information, but never receive their purchase. I ordered an eBook from a company called Market Domination LLC that I NEVER received. No copy was to the email address I provided, nor was I able to download the copy I purchased. All I got was constant upsell pages, then when I finally got to the page where I could download my purchase, the download icon did not work.

My eBook did not download at all. No PDF, No Dropbox file, Nothing. It did not take me to another website, nor did I receive a link to the downloaded page. Something that Click Funnels does automatically. My order page was on Facebook and by the time I go back to try to download the file it again, the page refreshes and I'm back to the original page where I would have to repurchase the eBook. I contact Clickbank and was told my some idiot customer service agent in a foreign country that my information did NOT come up in their system.

They could not find my email address nor my zip code associated with my bank. This is ridiculous because at the same time I speaking with the agent, I'm staring at my Bank statement that shows that I've been charged for the product I tried to purchase. The last thing the agent tells me to do before hanging me up is to contact my bank because I'm not in their system. Its the banks problem, not theirs. No, I purchased a product from YOU and YOU DID NOT GIVE ME WHAT I PAID FOR....

Companies like this should not be in business, they're ripoffs and scammers.

CLICKBANK RETRACTION

AUTHOR: Michael - (United States)

POSTED: Wednesday, April 28, 2021

After speaking with an agent over the phone previously that upset me, I wrote this report as well as another report with the Better Business Bureau. The agent I originally had spoken with I can tell was an outsourced employee located somewhere abroad. His tone and attitude made me very upset to the point where I lashed out online. I do apologize about that.

A Clickbank representative did respond back to me via email as well as through my complaint with the BBB. She was extremely helpful and courteous in which she contacted Seth Greene on my behalf who in return responded back and did indeed forward my Ebook to me. I'm sorry that it went as far as it did, but my situation was resolved and I did receive the Ebook I purchased.
