Climate express rob Huey. this company has lied about my exit from the company to hurt my future employment Union Missouri

 This company lied to hire right services about my exit from the company in 2012. I was an over the road driver for 7 months with them. I had a sudden death in my family and had to go home to Kansas City mo. The death left my family in a position to have to leave the company immediately. I had to be their for my family. There where no options. I gave the company a week to get a load going directly back to eastern mo. I efforts to deliver to truck to union mo. They tried many times to send me other places first. My experiences with the company as a driver had already tought me that they would send you many places before it was convenient to get me to the terminal. I couldn't do that I explained many times in that week. The company left me no choice. I detailed the truck in effort to give them back a clean truck ready for another driver out fuel in it for the trip as well as my car and had my wife follow me to union 200 miles from Kansas City to deliver the truck to there shop and turn in the keys. I called that Monday and concerned that the truck was delivered in excellent shape ready for another driver much better than when I received it. Two years goes by before I noticed that they had posted to my permanent dac record that I used there equipment without their permission. This has cost my reputation as a driver and an employee and cost me future employment opportunities to provide for my family. I called and spoke to rob Huey head of safety in May once I found this and asked what I have to do to get this removed and he agreed that it should be and suggested that I go through the process of disputing it and he would remove it. I went through it and he didn't remove it as promised in May. He is a liar and that company doesn't care I out their employees or their families. I would never suggest them to any driver. They will run you without regard for you or your families needs. While only serving they're own.
