Coast To Coast Land Sales Florida State License Number TC4404 (telemarketing number) of Clearwater Florida owned by Property Solutions International Inc. Marvin Scott of Tampa Florida provide a service for a land owner to list their property for sale.  Up front fee of $950.00 is required with a promise if the property is sold a refund of $900.00.  They price your property at more then you paid for the property to interest you in selling.

After you list with them a couple of months go by and you are recontacted and told they have a buyer for your property at a price more then the property was listed.  They tell you to close on the property it will cost you $1802.00 but your previous refund of $900.00 will be credited to our credit card after close. 

A couple of months pass and when you try to contact them they will not return your call or respond to your email.  They block your telephone number from their lines.  They promise in their documents you can contact them for questions.  Cory Hannick and Chamera Bowman are two of their representatives.  Marvin Scott is the owner and his wife Jennifer works at the compay.  A background check of these two indicate a history of civil and criminal court appearances along with association with several other similiar type companies.

I encourage anyone who has been a victim of this group to file an on line compalint with the Florida Attorney General's Office Consumer division very easy to do and they are familiar with this group.  Also file an on line complaint with the Florida Department of Agriculture Consumer division who license and regulate Florida telemarketing companies.  They have previously received 13 complaints on this group.  Also file an on line complaint with Pinellas County Justice Office Consumer division which is the county for Clearwater.  They are also familiar with this group.  Criminal charges should also be considered.
