Code Blue Code Blue rips off water mitigation companies Eau. Claire, Wisconsin

Our company signed up with Code Blue. They had called and called us to sign up with them and we did. We had been on there system for three years and never received a claim. They wanted our bank account numbers, but I would not give it to them.

We received a call from them three months ago wanting us to process a water mitigation claim for them. We dried out the structure per IICRC guidelines. Once the claim was complete we submitted our bill from Xactmate pricing for out area. 

The person in charge of the claim for Code Blue wanted us to take a $250.00 cut off our bill. I told her I would not accept this. Once they stated they would pay our bill we have not heard back from them. I have called and emailed the person on the claim she says they have not been paid by the insurance company. This has been over three months ago. I work claims for a lot of insurance companies and it does not take this long.
