Collectors Internet Jim Sears Cashed my check, says it bounced. My bank says it cleared a month ago. Los Angeles California
*General Comment: What I would do
Wanted to purchase 10 rolls of collectible coins. Jim Sears says that my check didn't clear (bounced). My bank says it cleared September 3, 2019.
Then Sears had the balls to say postal authorities are suspicious of me.

Tell this clown that you are filing fraud charges with your bank and the post office, and are going to local media in 24 hours unless he sends you a refund through paypal. Tell him you have the cancelled check image and the bank is ready to testify alongside you.
Do not negotiate; if he wants to continue the conversation give him the name of your attorney and tell him to call that number if he wants to make a counter offer, but that you have told your attorney in advance that you have no interest in anything but your money back.
