I started working for this company in september 2013. During my learning curve I was written up for human error. I only signed the letter because I thought if I didn't I would end up not getting my pay for that week, so I did it!!! For about 3 months things starting to go well and I was exceeding my daily, weekly and monthly quotas. This company is ver racial and prejudice to say the very least. I have online proof from other articles confirming my words of truth. I was terminated after 3 full months of successful work ethics. I was told by nicole o'brien that I falsified leads and I didn't. I asked for call files, documents that caused me to loose my position and she never, ever produced anything at all!!! Until this day she has sent nothing but a letter of termination via mail. I was also told that this incident happened on or around 12/22/13, which I didn't even work that day at all. I losted all of that work time income because of a lie and racial prejudice from a company whom only hire minorities just to appear or cover up who they really are and how they really are. The company is run by mostly italians, russians and white people, but I think mostly Italians. From what I have read online they do not care for blacks or any other persons of color or ethnics unless they are "WHITE PRETTY GIRLS". This is just not going to go away unless they do something to make it right!!! I'am planning my next steps, NAACP,BBB,YOUTUBE, ETC., ETC., ETC...Will go as far as I can to bring justice for my mis-treatment of this company, collegebound network, llc!!! God has my back and I have plenty of evidence to bring against them. I was even called a "WITCH DOCTOR" by one of their managers, very, very, very inapropiate behavior, no respect, self control or tact at all, but they fired me??? I find out later from this very SAME employee that I was fired because they said that I falsified a lead with my Pastor...which is so, so, so untrue. They will get what's coming to them. NO WEAPON FORMED AGAINST ME SHALL EVER, EVER PROSPER...BIBLE...

I'm African American and have worked for the Staten Island site as well as the work from home. I never experienced any type of racism personally, in fact quite a few of the managers are Black. This company has actually been very good to me, I got sick when I was working at the Staten island site and due to the nature of my illness had to relocate. Collegebound set me up with a work from home job until I got on my feet and due to my illness when I couldn't make my 20 hours they were very understanding. Now one thing about this company is they play by the rules. There are things that must be read some verbatium and if you don't, no matter what your numbers are you will be terminated after one warning sometimes because they can be sued. If you are interested in this company I would definately give them a try. Alot of jobs don't care if your sick or not but this one did. I have a lot of love for collegebound and I'm no uncle tom.

I haven't lost anything except time and money. I have told the truth about this company based on facts and from others. All of us can't be wrong!!! There are online statements that will confirm what I have gone thru with this company and also confirm it's character!
