Although this website is notorious for letting anyone publicly say anything against anyone or anything, be it truth or lie - at least they allow rebuttals. As that is the case, "MW" of California should pay attention to the following statements.

You know your post is 100% false. Your accusations are unfounded fabrications and not even based on gossip or rumours - just outright lies. You are trying to connect individuals and entities and slander the same and there's not a shred of truth to any of this nonsense.  And you specifically chose this medium as anyone can post anything about anyone or anything without having to show a shred of corroborating evidence.

If your initials are "MW" and you live in California, please verify your identity and association with the company you’ve slandered. Please provide the evidence that has compelled you to create this posting. Simply post your invoice if you are not just "slinging mud" and show you’re accusations are authentic. Please provide any hard evidence that can substantiate your allegations and illustrate the injustice that you suffered "MW" of California.  You can’t because the firm you've slandered does not even have a client in California.  Sadly, you’re also lying about your location.

You even lied about The CDX's location - the firm is located on the top floor of 55 Eglinton Ave. East, Suite 803 - in the heart of midtown Toronto's epicenter for business - Yonge & Eglinton.  Clients visit their offices regularly.  If you were actually a client you would know that.  Their facebook page even features a photo of the office building in which they are located.

Ultimately, your post can not be removed - as that is the policy of this website. On here, the rebuttal is the only feasible option for anyone that has been accused of something completely untrue. And I will go one further and say that this rebuttal is also an opportunity to admit that your true identity is something to which those you've slandered are suspect. That is to say, "MW" of California - those are not your initials, that is not where you live and you have nothing to substantiate your post trying to "connect the dots". 

This rebuttal was prepared and posted by the counsel representing individuals / entities defamed in this unsubstantiated and unprovoked attack.  It’s hard to believe in this day and age something like this is possible and permissible.  Shame on you “MW”, you should be embarassed.
