My name is Heather M. Mercer. I live a very horrible life. Every phone I have the number has been ported out and is being used by me and another person. Ive contacted att and boost and they make every excuse in the book not to help me. My Comcast business Internet is being used by the apt above me in my name.

Comcast will not give me access to my own account. When I try to reset my password the email isn't my email. I recorded the whole conversation and they would not help me. My roommate was getting food stamps and my disability benefits and when I would apply I was denied. He would steal every drop of food and he never used the benefits to help me at all. He just got high.

I talked to the DHHR and they deny having any record of this . but I have record of it. My landlord only let me move in to take my money. Her son lives above me. That's where my internet and mail is addressed to. I cant prove who I am with my address but I can with hers. She is so nasty to me I cant stand it. And for no reason.

This place was destroyed when I moved in and all I have done is work on it. And after 2 months she told me she wanted me out so she could renovate. She wont reimburse me for any money I have spent to fix up the place. People are breaking into my house constantly.

My window frames are all been taking off of my windows. My door locks are all messed up and I just bought them. My stuff is coming up missing all of the time. I have body lice and the dr.s wont treat me at all. They say that a rash wont kill me. They say i need to see a dermatologist. The dermatologist told me that I have a mental illness and thats what is causing my rash.

I went to the police to file a police report about my roommate and he told me I had to file my report with the DHHR. That they would have to do something about it. The DHHR asked me if I filed a police report. The whole day I filed reports and got nowhere . RDVIC which is the domestic violence shelter in Morgantown sent an advocate to me and she did nothing to help.

I am in desperate need of help. I'm alone and scared and nobody will do the right thing. My room mate kept telling me he had different amounts of money in his different accounts. Like Facebook and said he didnt know how he got it. My phone and internet doesnt work right at all. I cant call the people I need to or email them. I am being blocked. No lawyer will help me. I am out of answers.

Nobody will do the right thing. I know I see alot of money in my emails but all of my payments are being blocked . even banks wont let me recieve money. Please help. I dont know what to do. People just get me in trouble for no reason and I'm 43. I'm tired if being tortured. Everyone treats me like crap and steals my money. My husband is one of the worst. He took my benefits and money for years without my knowledge.

My paystubs say I'm a social security employee and I'm not. Corruption is really bad in Morgantown and Fairmont. Especially when I keep going to jail for no reason. What do I do? Nobody has ever took care of me.im an incapacitated adult for no reason.
