Complete Optical Rude unprofessional service Mississauga Ontario

When I went to Complete Optical  the 1st day to buy glasses, the lady there,  Antoina greeted me with smile and seemed professional. As soon as I picked out my glasses, and paid the deposit, everything changed.  The second after I paid, she gave me this annoyed face and made gestures to get out of the store. I didn't leave,  I asked her when my glasses would be ready for pick up. She said that someone would call me, and made more gestures to leave the store. At the moment I had no choice but to leave.

When I went back to pick up my glasses from Complete Optical, Antonina showed me my new glass and asked me to pay. I didn't pay, I wanted to try it on 1st. She took my glasses away and refused to give me my new glasses and told me to pay again. I didn't know what to do and just paid her.  She finally let me try it on. She said, "It fits perfectly!"  took it off my face and put it into a new case and gave it to me. The glasses didn't fit perfectly, it was falling off my face and it made me dizzy. She then when on and on about how I should continue to buy contacts from her. I could tell all she wanted was to make more money off of me.

I put my new glasses on and I told her that it didn't fit right and that she should adjust it for me.  She took  steps away from me. I told her that I paid for these glasses and she has to adjust them to fit me and that the glasses where falling off my face. She step forward, angry with me, but tried to adjust it. It took some time but she finally adjusted so that it won't fall off my face. They were a little high on my face but they were comfortable so I told her it was fine and I didn't want her to adjust it anymore . She then commented, that I was weird because I'm wearing my glasses higher on my face than most people. I took it off to put it in my case. The second I took my hand off of the glasses and was about to close my case, she reached into my case, bent one of the arm(temple) of the glasses and said, "You wear your glasses high on your face so I'm going to bend that." I was stumped she made no sense and didn't know what to do. She makes body gestures for me  to leave.

I stepped outside the store and tried on my new glasses. She bent the arm(temple) of the glasses so much that the left side was a lot higher than the right. I went back in the store and brought my mom with me.  My mom said, "Why did you bend the arm?" and we got angry with her. Antonina screamed at me and started waving her hand in the air and took my glasses to the back room and did something and came back. I put it on and it made me dizzy again and Antonina started giving a bad attitude and was giving me a hateful face. I couldn't handle the dizziness and her bad behaviour anymore so I left without getting my glass adjust properly. DO NOT get your glasses here. I think Antonina is absolutely crazy.
