Complex Rx Beauty product Rip Off -------(c)----- Internet

Last month while surfing the net I saw an offer for a beauty product trial. The company offering the product is SKin Complex Rx.I was suppoesd to be charged $4.94 for the Skin Complex and $5.95 For the Eye Complex Serum. Less than two  weeks later I was billed$85.95 and $89.95 respectively. I immediately called their toll free number and asked what was going on. I've barely had the merchandise for two weeks, what kind of trial period us this. I offered to retun the merchandise in order to get a refund. I was told that if the product was opened I could not return it. I told them that this was not logical, how can I try a product if I do not open it? I was informed that I had 14 days since ordering the product to call and cancell the automatic shipment of their product. That statement was not on their website otherwise I would not have ordered the product in the first place. I told their customer service that 14 days is too short a period to see any result.  I was offered 50% discount on my next shipment instead of a refund. I promptly declined and told them to cancel any future shipment. This was a very expensive lesson. I thought that I was dealing with a legitimate company, now I know better.
