Compliance Audit Solutions took money with no help. San Diego, California

I contacted the help for homeowners government web site to get help for my mothers home. I helped them go into chapter 13 to save their home. Then my father died and my mother could not afford the mortgage payment, trusted payment and house bills on her income alone. I am her son and was my fathers caregiver, I was already sick and became totally disabled after a horrible respitory illness. To continue the bankruptcy judge let us out of chapter 13 on a hardship. the bank immediatly did a rush forclouser that the chapter 13 interupted. The help for homeowners program told me to do a forensic audit because our situation was extreme. They recommended Compliance Audit Solutions Inc. We worked with them and sent them 700.00 to stop the forclouser. Were we surprised when a real estate woman stopped by to see if the house was empty and we sat down and talked with the bank and compliance people. They lied straight ahead and had no documents to back us up. Needless to say we are now living in an apartment. We had to abandon half of our belongings because my 82 year old mother and myself a 52 year old man on oxygen had to pack a house of 20 years in three weeks. I hope no one else falls for this scam.
