Ordered a garage and carport with a vertical roof. 10/26/20 looked me right in the eye and wrote up both with horizontal roofs. After permitting and day befor delivery, I called him. He says they do not make that style of roof. I said ok not to loose my deposit of $1497.82 on a $9700 job. The subcontractors installed the buildings. were paid $1433.89. The Carport Company in Ocala 945 nw 17 ave Ocala Fl 34475 was paid $6815.93 .

Looking over the work on a 27 x 14 garage and a 36 x 10 flat roof carport, I found that the lock hole was not drilled out on the garage, alot of screws were overtightened and the rubbers were split. The carport had no pitch, completely level with a lake on top. Yes it leaks.

I called the carport co, and cookshed and text the pics to carport co care of anna.

I have since made 15 plus phone calls to carport co brenda, the manager, emily, Mr lile (not a manager).

Don has called the owner. It is now 04/13/21 and had one no show for repairs. Total runaround from all at the carport company. Reported the repairs needed at 01/20/21. No one can give me a date for my repairs on their busy schedule.

Its now been 3 months after install, 6 months since contract. Not getting the time of day on this. I would never again use subcontractors or out of county material suppliers or installers. Nor would have been charged sales tax on additions to my property. The contract states 3 materials payments. Not the case. Its sales, installer, materials. Sales, Installers, Material Sales
