A year ago, JEFFREY P COOPER, was a "friend" of members of my family., he presented my wife and I, with an opportunity to buy shares in company that he created.

We purchased 28 shares in MEDICAL CLINIC SOLUTIONS, INC for $28,000.

The fact is, that up to this date., we have never receive $1, seen any financial documentation of what is going on with the company also, he never showed how our money was used.

As with all his other companies, no annual report has been filed with the state of Florida.

This guy is a criminal, but the law allows him to stay free and hurt people.

My wife and I are working class grandparents, hoping to retire to enjoy our late years and this criminal has come into our life to hurt out future.
