I signed a contract with V Martins to have her provide an aged corporation with lines of credit prebuilt in late March 2010. The contract stated that the whole process would take at most 12 weeks to complete, with the week of June 14th being the final day to finish the required work. That week pasted without any update.

I called V on June 21st to inquire as to the statue of the corporation, to which she seemed confused and responded that she'd look into the issue and get back to me. Two more weeks went by with me leaving voicemail after voicemail to which no reponse was given. Emails send were not replied to either. Finally, on July 7th, V answered a call and said that she would have an answer back to me by that Friday, July 9th. Needless to say, I haven't heard a peep from Ms. Martins since that call on July 7th despite my having left a voicemail everyday since July 12th to get an update to the situation as to when the corporation was going to be delivered to me.

Now, it's July 19th, and without any response back, either in a call or email, I have decided that she is much like others that promise services but do not deliver and hope that the customer just goes away. Because of this, I'm letting others know about this.

I recommend against doing business with her as she does not fulfill the contractally obligation nor has the common courtsey to call back to give an update.
