Costvent Jian Liu - COSTVENT I ordered a trail camera they shipped me 2 -I-95 masks to me from China omaha ne

I ordered a trail camera from COSTVENT CLUB online web address https://www.costvent.club, on April 25 th 2020.   they immediately charged me on my paypal account not under the business website name but under the of Jiang Liu.  I contacted the shipper a week later as I was promised a tracking number.  after weeks i finally recieved tracking information and though the company was supposedly based in NE Omaha to be exact the package was coming from China. 

Immediately this set off alarms as I didnt order for a direct shipment from China as I was aware of the problems with getting shipments from their.  I work for Amazon during that time the pandemic was in full swing, we at Amazon were experiencing delays in shipments causing of products like PPE being in short supply and slowing up all shipments through us.  I tried to contact Costvent phone number on their website.  It's a bad phone number. 

Tried the email and got a response.  Finally the shipment arrived it was two I-95 dust respirator paper masks.  I contacted Costvent and wanted a refund.  they appologized claiming that there fulfillment made a mistake and would I like a reshipment.  I answered no because it took 2 months to get the wrong item.  How could they possibly mistake a trail camera for 2 masks.  Sketchy shipping practices more like a bait and switch.
