Ordered two outfits from Mrs. Bergmann on Nov. 3, 2009 was told they would be here before Thanksgiving, there were not. Then was told they would be here before Dec. 13, 2009. Also never recieved. First time I asked for refund, I was told I could not get one but could a credit for another purchase. Second time I asked for refund, was told numerous times it would get sent on different days. I have never recieved my purchases or the refund of 85.00. I also was told by Mrs. Bergmann if I filed a report with Paypal she would not refund me my money. I have saved all the emails/messages, and have came into contact with numerous people who have also been scammed or recieved poor quality work from this company.

I have now recieved my refund of 85.00 and an apology from Cotton Candy Shop about the whole ordeal which is greatly appreciated.
Also can't say for sure her work is poor quality since it was only by hearsay, and as we all know people don't tell the whole truth.
