BUYER BEWARE!!!!! SCAM!! About two years ago June 2018 we left Donna owner of country farms Pygmy goats a deposit for two baby goats we would choose when her babies were born. ($200) In that time we were in the process of building a brand new play area, house and large enclosed fence area for them to join our family be safe and happy. In January 2020 January we contacted Donna and said we are now ready for our baby goats and would like to choose from her next available baby goats.
Her website advises customers on how to bottle feed and what exactly to buy when you bottle feed your new baby goat, I spent well over $200 on bottle feeding supply’s because me and my husband decided we would have liked to bottle feed and build a bond with our new baby goats. I sent Donna a photo of all my supplies and she replied with a chart of how often I should bottle feed. In May 2020 one baby we absolutely adored was born, we reserved him applying one of our two deposits and asked Donna when we can pick him up and start bottle feeding.
She replied that “she doesn’t let customers bottle bottle feed and her babies can’t go until they are over 10 weeks old. I didn’t understand why she didn’t specify this before I had spent all that money on bottle feeding supplies and why she would send me a chart of how often they should be fed as new borns if she doesn’t allow her customers to bottle feed at all. She didn’t have much to say beside repeating her self about why she doesn’t allow customers to bottle feed.
Our boy being a month old already and no other baby goat of our liking yet born I asked Donna what the 10 week date to pick up our first baby would be since we had everything set up for him inside and outside of my home. She replied “ we won’t sell just one baby alone so you will have two wait until both babies you choose are ready” I told her our second baby wasn’t even born yet and we didn’t want to take home our first baby after 10 weeks due to bonding and being affectionate.
she told us even if we spend time with the baby goat they can’t be without a second baby goat. ok so my parents finding out about this purchased us a goat of the same exact age as our first baby goat we reserved from Donna so we wouldn’t have to wait past 10 weeks to take him home. when I told Donna we now had a goat to keep the goat we reserved from her company and we would appreciate if she could apply our two deposits to our one baby she refused to do that for us.
So we said we would take the $100 loss because at this point there was nothing going to make this woman happy and she replied “sorry I only sell my goats in pairs” I told her she didn’t tell me this when we sent deposits and it’s not listed on her website and we didn’t have room for 3 goats we only had a set up for two. 3 more mothers were due to be born so me and my husband decided we will just follow her sale rules even though we’re not set up for 3 baby goats and reserve a second one to avoid losing our second deposit she wouldn’t apply to our first baby goat or refund.
Another month went by and her website showed that all of her baby goats for spring 2020 have been reserved. I emailed her and asked why I wasn’t made aware of her last 3 mothers giving birth since I’m sure my deposit left two years ago was way before any other deposit she received recently. She kept insisting the mothers she said were due weren’t and sending me information she never sent to me before saying she’s charging me for her knowledge.
she told me she didn’t feel like her goats were going to a good home and refused to sell me any goats out of no where without refunding my deposits. She cannot scam people and just keep their deposits if she is the one deciding not to sell to them.

Crazy Dayna recieved my services for over 2 years on how to care for goats, over 40 emails, then admitted buying goats cheaper somewhere else and wanted her non refundable deposit back. Dayna will use you, she thinks she is above the law, is a self-centered brat. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH HER, SHE WILL USE YOU THEN SLANDER YOU. Country farms has over 1700 likes, and all 2021 goats are again sold to happy customers. A hapoy new customer actually told me about this revew, then bought 2 goats from me. Thank you Dayna for the advertisement. The customer realized you were the CRAZY one.

EVERYTHING THIS CRAZY WOMAN STATED IN HER DEFENSE IS A LIE!!!! SHES CRAZY!!!! AFTER BULLYING ME INTO BUYING TWO GOATS WHICH IS WAS ANYWAY She wants to tell people how to spend their own money and how to raise animals when it’s not right!!!! She wanted me to wait 10 months to take home a baby goat I chose from her farm because she sold all the other babies behind my back until after one was born I didn’t want to raise two goats so far apart in age everyone knows that’s no good! So I bought a beautiful mini goat from an experienced breeder with paperwork!!!
NOT HER BACKYARD GARBAGE BREEDING GROSS FARM!!!! And when I told her to release the goat I reserved because I already got him a companion she freaked out told me no and my deposits are non-refundable.. I will make sure it’s known she’s a scam artist as much as I possibly can.. after year she replied to my comments so I hope this caused a good negative outcome on her crappy farm!!!!! RUN DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS SCAMMER THAT STOLE MY MONEY!!!!

Customer Dayna Collamer • dcollamer.rdh@gmail.com Left a deposit (posted as nonrefundable on the website) for two kids, to be on a waitlist. She chose to purchase goats elsewhere after 2 years, which she admits, then wanted a non refundable deposit back after my corresponding to her with over 40 emails, including my care, and feeding advise from my experience of raising and selling my goats over 20 years, I never have had a bad review before. She changed her mind, bought cheaper goats elswhete, wanted her money back, had no regards for anyone but herself, and lied, and slandered, as the law was not on "her" side.
She cannot provide an email which shows she picked out two goats, because she did not. My babies are posted on my website and if you were on the waitlist you have priority, but you need to obviously let me know which two you would like. They must be bought together at the same time as they are bonded for life. They keep each other warm in the winter by sleeping together. Goats will reject strange new goats and can fight/butt them away for life.
Deposits are non refundable as once a deposit is left you are in a contract, service/ & goats are ALWAYS provided, and you recieve my 24/7 care advise , including many charts, feed lists, care instructions, etc. This is a service included with your deposit. This is a business. If you change your mind, or buy a goat somewhere else, or are just a total flake, or a spoiled brat not being of your word or commited, these are no excuses, a deposit including my services and time, is not refundable. Dayna, changed her mind, and her name, and this review is slander which is a crime.
She was also a very confused person as I noticed in her emails. All "Deposits" are legally NONREFUNDABLE. The law. Dayna broke the contract. She didn't pick out 2 goats over a 2 year period. The worst customer experience I ever had. I have been in business 20 years and do not rip people off. I want to help people give my goats the best home and care possible. My deposits include my 20 years of care servicing and advice. Don't think it's ok to use me, then go buy goats cheap from an auction , then want your deposit back after I emailed you 40 times with advice on how to raise your goats. I NO longer take deposits from people to be on a wait list. I do not want drama people.
I do not have time to give tours and days of coaching goat care advise, unless you pick out your goats first, then leave a deposit. You can leave a deposit ONLY when you pick out 2 goats, by online, or visit the farm. Your time is valuable, so is mine. Please, if you are a Dayna, just go to an auction, but beware as auctions transfer parasites and diseases. I welcome animal lovers, that think the same way I do, that the animal's care comes first. I screen to avoid people that buy disposable pets. People that get tired of taking care of their animals and dump them. An animal is a 15 year commitment. I feel I raise the healthiest well taken care of goats possible and I am only interested in making sure they go to the best committed loving homes possible. Life is short, be happy.
