BEWARE THIS IS NOT A GOOD DEAL.
The only one that benefits from this arrangement is Mark Davis the owner of CountryWide RV.
He provides your RV and some lease agreement forms for a down payment of approx. 10% of the RV value. He pockets the money and you are on your own to collect payments. The recover costs will be at your expense. No credit check means bad credit clients and late or no payments.
The lease agreement looks and sounds good however once any of the stated agreements are not met you are on your own to try to contact the lessee. Mark will ignore most of your emails and phone calls.
Our RV has been leased two times and both times payments were late half the time. Now this time the lessee stopped making payments completely and refuses to return our RV. Mark is of no help at all.
Our only solution is to pay to have a repossess company go to another state (1200 miles) to recover our RV.

My best advice is to stay away from this company.
