I was calling them every month and pointing out I was being double billed. They would say "sure we will credit you" and then the credit was not appearing. Then cutting me off, forcing me to pay anyway to restore service.

Now I went ahead and paid the double billed rate and they're now refusing to cut me back on unless I pay off another $400 I DON'T OWE. I'm done with them and filing a lawsuit.
