The owner of this company is Shar Helton. Her company is based on credit repair solutions to help you avoid Bankruptcy and can also help with any identity theft that has happened to you and would work with law enforecement and the credit bureau's to help resolve these matters and have a fresh start towards your financial goals and with you credit score. I was referred to this company by a family member who started out using her services and was very excited because she had guaranteed them that she was writing letters to there creditors and getting account delted from there credit bureaus, so my case was a little different I was suffering with identity theft and I just didn't know where to turn for help. So I spoke with Shar who was very pleasant and eager to help me resolve this matter and help me move towards a better financial future and with also regaining my idenity. So when I started out I paid her in full of the price she agreed upon to get everything finished. I also paid for numerous credit reports through out this entire process which I was never provided copies of. She also wanted my login access to the credit bureaus to take over on working through the identity theft. Which she ended up changing passwords on to where I couldn't access it I had to call customer service and jump through a bunch of hoops to prove my identity and when your going through identity theft is really hard but finally I was able to access them and change my passwords. This of course pissed her off and this is where my fist encounter of who this person really was. She had anger issues, she would lash out at me at times, and I could tell she was suffering from some major mental health issues. But I still decided to stick with her because she was very apologetic right away and has a great way of smoothing things over. After several months had passed I am not seeing any changes to my credit score and I started to recieve garnishments from creditors that were not even mine in the first place. When I explained this to her she said that she is dilligently working on my account to get these creditors removed from my file but I had a mixed credit file due to the identity theft and she would like to refer me over to her attorney for his services that could help with this issue. I worked with this attorney for 6 months and nothing was done he kept dodging my phone calls I would send all the documentation over that was requested from him and in the end he was only interested in one account that as on my credit which was an account that was actually mine and the only reason he was wanting to take on this account was because he had an active lawsuit against that company and he wanted me to be apart of that. I declined his offer because I explained to him that I was guaranteed by Shar Helton that you would be helping me with just the identity theft cases which he declined to help me with. So back to CPR CREDIT. She apoligized for his neglagence and promised me to work with some of her other partners that would have a better grasp on what kind of services I was needing. I went through 2 other referrals to her lawyers and both partners declined to help. On the last refferal the reason why they had declined to help was in there words " past the statue of limitations " which was a load of bullshit because no other law firm that I was reffered to made that statement as to why they were declineing to help. The reason as to why they wouldn't take on this case was because I was sent a contract by Shar Helton for records release to attorneys and in this contract it stated that any Monetary Damages that I would recieve she would recieve 50% of any money that I would win. I was so pissed about this because these records were already mine I paid her in full for these records and she was holding onto them until I agreed to these terms on this contract. Now I did have my personal attorney review the contract and we went over what her servies were and he explained to me that this is not someone who is looking out for my best interest this is someone who is looking for payments and services to her benefit and he recommended that I stop working with her company. When I spoke with the representative from the last lawfirm that she had recommended they told me that she finally did release her records to them and when I requested for them to send me over all of the records that CPR PROBLEM REPAIR had sent to them, they were nothing but my credit reports that I had paid for and a reciept for mailing and a police report which I already had copies of these records I had already sent to this law firm. There were no letters that had been written to my creditors, there was not any proof of postage for these letters to show that they were sent out to my creditors. And when I decided to contact these creditors to find out if they had recieved anything from Shar Helton they had no clue what I was talking about that they haden't recieved any notice from this company at all. That was the final straw for me I was done with this company and I was done with the owner I pretty much paid her to pull my credit reports while I did the rest of the leg work with contacting creditors myself and updating them with the police reports and identity theft reports in order for them to remove themselves off my credit reports. Everything that she guaranteed me would be done on her part was never done I could have pulled my credit reports anytime myself and went through them and contacted my creditors. But at the time I was traumatized with my identity stolen and my credit score went from a 702 to a 458 in a matter of 3 months and this was during the time of the pandemic so businesses were closed and I had no way at that time to stop it. So when I finally reached out to Shar Helton I thought I could finally breath and that someone was going to defend me in this. Never did I expect the outcome that I was given. I felt like I was hit alll over again with Fraud because she took my money and didn't do anything that she guaranteed me she would help with. For 5 years I allowed this woman access to my personal records, my personal information because I felt at the time I could trust her. I can now say to consumers be aware of this company, be cautious on who you allow to come into your life during a time that you are looking for help and relief, because this company is nothing but a scam. Don't fall victim to her B.S. because I personally haven't seen any kind of good that has come from this company. My family was delt the same B.S. from her until they finally fired her 6 months into working with her. I am now having to file Bankruptcy because that's my only option I have to a new begining and I could have used the money I paid her to pay my bankruptcy attorney who has been very helpful and has lots of experience with working with victims of identity theft. I can honestly say now that I am moving forward without Shar Helton I can finally take that breath of relief and I feel confident that my financial goals are reachable.  So if anyone is looking into hiring this company please read through my experiences with this company and I hope it encourages you to walk away knowing that you wasn't scammed.
