Craft Kitsand Supplies Brandine Woodcraft Ripped off a child's present Delray Beach FL Internet

On September 5, 2015, I ordered two wooden model kits for my grandson #31560. Credit card payment was processed and order coformation received. I heard nothing more. The item was paid for and follow up email was sent. No response. Thelephone calls were made. No response. Live chat on site was activated even though off line was displayed, I left messages. No response. More emails, more unanswered phone calls. No reponse. On September 29, 2015 I received an email that item was shipped. No tracking number. Oversight? Nope. More phone calls (unanswered and not returned). Starting to get ugly here. I notified by email I would pursue this complaint but still gave company time for response. Times up. This report is only the start. My goal is to shut this company's site down. Ripping off a child is just wrong............... Research revealed others have had similar experiences with the company as well.
