I received an email during my moving sale:

Hello there!
 
My name is Monica and I work for Craigsloft. I saw your ad online for the furniture you have for sale and we would love to have it in our show room. The purpose of our company is to take the danger and stress out of having people in your home looking at items you have for sale. A lot of people want to haggle, and that may not be every ones strong suite. So we gladly take care of it for you. We do not charge up front, and there is a small fee when and if your item sells. Unlike most consignment stores that charge you 50%, we only charge 20% and you recieve your check in about a week. You still maintain all the control of the pricing and bottom dollar of your item and you are always welcome to come by the store and check on everything. We offer pick up and delivery services for those who do not have a large truck or the muscle to load it. We have had several clients that had to move in a hurry, did not like giving out their address or had items in storage. Instead of paying for storage, let it be in our show room for up to 3 months for free! Please contact me if you are interested in hearing more or scheduling a pick up.

Unbenounced to me, they didnt even have their own moving people, So I scheduled a pickup by the Craigsloft company for my furniture.  Nobody showed up.  At the end of the day, I was given an apology and rescheduled for the next day.
2 guys (This company found on Craigslist) showed up in a UHAUL and were rushing me so they could leave.  Long story short.... No word from them after four days... so I tried to ask...

Emailed "Monica" and asked her for an itemized list of MY stuff....

Hi Jennifer! Your items are still on the backroom, the movers broke some things and we are fixing them. Don't worry, we are taking care of it and it will not affect your prices. I will be in the office again tomorrow and I can get that over to you. Could you possibly send me a ball park list of what you wanted for some of the items? That would speed up the process a little bit.

Now my stuff has been damaged... and I am not happy about it..
So I contacted Monica because I was going to get my brown sofa on Thursday (today)  This is what she said, "David (the owner)  and I are not in the office.. we are BOTH sick until Tuesday!"... WOW!  I thought... So my stuff hasnt been listed, it is broken, nobody is even IN the store....
 
Enough said.... Going to try to get this resolved.  I don't have the funds to hire a truck, movers, rent a storage shed now, and all quickly!!!

This e-mail is from me, while I was working David this is what I was instructed to do. It was not an easy place to work for and I would STRONGLY appreciate my contact information being removed from this post. I did not give permission for my name and phone number to be defamated and displayed all over the internet.

Also, the customer in question contacted me on my days off on over Facebook and after numerous requests to contact me during business hours using the business number that I provided, the customer refused. I was told David would take care of the situation and I was not to interact with the customer any more.

Again, I would appreciate my name being removed from this report or at the very least my last name to be removed.

David Small, Owner of Craigsloft, and I have ironed out the problem, it wasnt him, it was his employee... Please take this complaint off...

I just had the pleasure? of speaking with Craigsloft owner, David Smalls....

First you must listen to his voicemai....  He claims that I had violated the contract by not "listing" my property online... 

Much to his dismay, I have an entire website dedicated to selling my furnishings.

In addition I have reposted the original ads from the estate sale everytime they expire....

 

Ironically I received a call today about one piece Craigsloft has in their "shop" hence me trying to get access to my belongings.  Through further research, I googled Craigsloft and found a 40 sec. video of Mr. Smalls pleading to the public for investors to back his "BRILLIANT' idea that according to him has not been discovered... He thought of it!!

 

Mr. Smalls... Terry's beat ya to it!

 

So now I am out of a potential sale, I have to get a moving truck at 4 PM find people to go to Mesa, load up a heap of HUGE furnishings, art and rugs etc.... Then find somewhere to store it!  NICE!!!!

Mr. Smalls accused me of "Illegally recording a conversation...."  

 

According to Legal Aid Brian Foster, "Arizona you can tape record any telephone conversation that you are participating in".  And I rest my case...
