Jun 7 th I paid them to avail a online training on oracle configurator. Bani sent me the course description and index. she made the invoice in PayPal and made sure I payed them in a hour. they promised to payback if the demo class is not upto the standards.
niyas got me to a training on oracle apps but not configurator.the trainer was confused why I was directed to oracles he doesn't know oracle configurator. So the trainer and myself both called niyas and bani and reported the issue.
i waited for training but there was no progress.i even gave them option to take me oracle configurator training or give me OATS training or refund my money.
its been 3 months now they are not ready to provide me service nor my money back.they told me that they would refund after consulting the management once but no further response from them.
i have beand trying to reach them via phone,email,PayPal refund invoice ,dispute. there is no reply. i have been ripped off for service that was never provided. i think cresco tech and cresco technologies are same. Cresco tech company website is no longer available.
