9 months ago we were trying to get my partner a car loan so he can establish credit (had no credit). Being his first car I felt it was best to get a used car. We googled no credit loans and Crown City Motors, owned by pro crook Ray Shafie, came up on google with great fake reviews!

So being I have never finaced a car in my 35 years of life since my family always warned me not too (guess cause of scam artist like Ray Shafie). Anywho we got to the scam artist at Crown City Motors and they offered to do a lease for two years on a BMW X5 with the option to trade in a car in a few months after establishing credit.

Ray's band of merry crooks know we want to buy a house soon and tell us that within six month of doing payments our credit would become excellent. They asked me to co-sign for my partner which was the worse mistake ever! But we really wanted to buy a house within the next year and figured we had to start somewhere.

Just never thought our first car lease would be with such dirty used car sales people. I should have gone with my first instict since the place smells of BO and they office looks like a crack den. Still, I thought to myself, this is the price we pay to get good credit and buy a home.

So after giving them 3K down and sigining so much paperwork that unless I put a cot there and stayed for a few days we would never be able to read. We just signed our credit and lives away to these crooks! So we get the car at 500 a month (2006 BMW X5 valued at 2k). Would have know better like I do now and would have taken my deposit to just go buy the car straight out. 

Well the leasing of the car was easy. The hellish experience started the minute we drove off the lot. That same evening the CHECK ENGINE light went on. The roof upholestry fell apart right away, two tires went flat, radio broke, car over heats, brakes had to be repaired and oil nedded to be repaired.

All with in less that 60 days. I have receipts for everything. When we call them and ask to get repairs they gave us the run around. Scheduled us for repairs after 30 day warranty and wanted to charge us more than our local mechanic.

So on top of spending crap tons of money on this junk of car from crown city motors... we also have to self repair a LEASES car. The only time we hear from them is when they call you like 20 times during work to collect their payment. Everytime they call me I would ask them to please first repair my car before I pay.

They would bully my partner about out credit so he would unwillingly pay the crooks at KEYS AUTO finance who is partnered with Crown City Motors to steal from hardworking people. They never send you an invoice and just call like they are doing collections. Ray Shafie in his team need a serious lesson in customer service.

We also have insurance to pay. Finally the car breaks down and it is just sitting in my driveway just becoming an eye sore. They continue to harrass us for payment, but will not honor the lease and fix the car. They just want more money and more money to fuel the scam the is CROWN CITY MOTORs and Ray "Steal-fie".

When my partner emailed the crook Ray Shafie he replies about another entire unsatisfied client that had the same name as my partner. When we reply and he realizes it is another un-happy customer at Crown City Motors. He does what they do best, take you money and ignore us. 

Finally we get a hold of Ray and he curses, yells and I end up hanging up so we can document everything via email. We ended up going to a new dealership and purchased a 2019 vehichle brand new, less deposit and no problems. The dealer at the new place told us several horros storries about Ray Shafie and Crown City Motor stealers! 

If you have bad credit do not get desperate and buy from Ray Shafie at Crown City Motors. They will steal from you and sell you a BAD AUTO loan and worse a car that will have problems. 

STAY AWAY from these CROOKS called Crown City Motors. BUYER BEWARE!
