Crown Salong & Extension Studio Crown Salon Their product was of poor quality, and they refused to refund me my money. They stole my money. I didn't get what I asked for / paid for. Colorado Springs Colorado

I went to this salon for a hair cut.  They talked me into extensions.  I found out later that some of the people working there were not licensed to cut hair.  The extensions damaged and ruined my real hair.  I ordered all over hair extensions to cover my real hair because it was ruined, and damaged, and I didn't want anyone to see it.  The hair extensions that I bought from them were of very poor quality, and they even admitted that they were. 

Their exact words were, "You got a bad batch of hair".  When I expressed my unhappiness with the product they told me they would replace the hair, and put it back in.  I was happy with this and agreed on this resolution.  The next day they texted me to let me know that I would owe anywhere from $465.00-$600.00 for the reinstallation of the hair extensions.  I was upset with them for going back on their word, and didn't agree to pay to fix their problem, and I told them that. 

We had several conversations about this, and we were never able to come to an agreement because they refused to give me all of my money back.  They took over $1,000.00 dollars from me.  They gave excuse after excuse for justifying why they should be able to keep / steal my money and not refund me.  They were completely rude and unethical.  I hope that no one else has their hair damaged and ruined by these people, and gets thousands of dollars stolen from them from these people.  It was very dissapointing to say the least, and it makes me so sad that my real hair is ruined.
