Unethical business practices! When I first went in I told them I was going to be in the area temporary and wanted to go cash month to month. Well on my last visit i told them I wouldn't be back. A few months later I got a call that I was behind with payments. I told the Mgr that I no longer lived in the area. He told me that I needed to pay the back monthly and sign a paper that I was quitting. Well I already verbally did quit, they never had me sign a paper when I told them.  Next I asked for a copy of this agreement they say I have... which I don't. No one can produce it! I have asked over and over, I have called 4 times and sent 3 emails. No one from Crunch has gotten back with me.  A year passes by and ABC finance calls me and needs my payment info. (remember...I never signed up with ABC finance) I told them the story, they said they didn't have the contract but that I should call Crunch and ask for it, once again I did. This time they said they could email it to me but of course never did. So today a bill collector from India calls trying to collect this debt and threatens me with posting to my credit score. I still wait for this so called contract I never agreed to! My advice to you... go anywhere else!
