Cyrus Meshki, Roya Simantob, Law offices of Cyrus Meshki Cyrus Meshki is a Corrupt, Incompetent and Frivolous Attorney Los Angeles California

I have had the most unfortunate luck of having to work with this incompetent, fraudulent and malicious Iranian attorney and based on what I have seen he can only operate on terroristic and criminal grounds. His name is even listed on Terrorist.name.

I would highly recommend this law firm to anyone in need of an attorney. They are very knowledgable and know how to deal with complex issues. They are detail oriented and complete all paperwork accurately, leaving little room for disputes from other attorneys. I was looking for a lawyer and thank god I found Dr. Meshki to represent me. He poved my innocence in accusations made and was able to get me not only a winning settlement, but also all my costs and attorney fees from the other side. He is the best attorney I have ever met.

The law firm's frivolous rebuttal to my report claims that Cyrus Meshki and his associate, Roya Simantob, have been in business for 40 years. This rebuttal should be a proof of this law firm's fraudulent claims and activities in that California State Bar records indicate that Meshki has been a lawyer since 11/2/1992 (21 years) and Simantob only since 12/4/2008 (5 years).

Furthermore it is fair to say that Meshki is a type of attoreny who would sell his own mother and family to win a case. 

This report is untrue. In our nearly 40 years of legal practice, we never had a client by this name. Lawyers who win cases are not surprised by bizarre and strange behaviour of the other side who has lost the case.

Ms. Sanam Mozaffarian claims that she has been a client of this law firm since 2003 and that this is an excellent law firm. 

This posting is very suspect as it comes after this law firm has vigorously attempted to have this report removed. But most importantly this law firm specializes in civil and family law and not business law which makes Ms. Mozaffarian's claim fraudulent in and of itslef unless she has been constantly involved in divorce and litigation since 2003. 

Also this posting is highly suspect in that this site and its reports are for the benefit of people who are searching about the reputation of a firm for the first time. It is  amazing why Ms. Mozafarian was researching this firm if she has been its client since 2003, not to mention the fact that nobody would post their real names on this site. 

I have been a happy client of this law firm since 2003. They are super nice people. They worked relentlessly on my behalf. My cases were handled very well. The staff is helpful, caring and customer service oriented.
