Didn't refund me $1172 of the $7000 I paid them that Daniel B. Laws promised to refund me April 2019.

I hired them end of 2017 to build out a better LabelChoices.com and to do Active Demand e-mail marketing.  I paid them $7000 upfront to get a better deal negotiated + an ongoing monthly fee to do an email marketing compain.  Early on I saw how corupt Daniel was as they were trying to charge me the monthly fee right away even though the website wasn't even started to be worked on.  And I felt the rough draft of how they operated with keywords and thoughts was very weak, not effective and I then realized I hired the wrong company to do this work.  

I then put a halt to everything.  And decided to not work with them anymore.

At most they incurred $1000 in costs probably yet claimed that it was thousands of dollars of work and even documented all the hours in a report.  I showed it to two of my friends who does what he does and both said it's all madeup and he is trying to take advantage of you.

So it's been an ongoing battle since to get some of my money back.  I have documentation in emails stating that I will get $1172 back (I agreed on this refund) even though it was super low.  

Last time we spoke he hung up on me and made more excuses that he can only pay me a check with Label Choices on it not under my name Edmond Torbati because I paid under Label Choices.  But that's not true as my chase credit card was under my name.  In an email and via phone it was clear to pay it under that name and he had no objectiion.  He also had excuses in the beginning how he couldn't refund the credit card.  And he took his sweet time to return my money and resolve this that I closed Label Choices and our checking account after 15 years that even if he wanted to really pay me (excuses) I couldn't cash it and he knows that.
