dales truck parts, inc sold us a 2000 ISM Cummins engine with low mileage of 203,170 miles stated on our invoice.  After paying for the engine up front, we transported the engine to our shop in North Carolina to have it installed into our truck.  After completion of the installation of the engine we began running the truck but we had to keep adding water to the radiator.  Then our shop pressured tested the cooling system and found the head was cracked.  Also we had the mileage vertified through the engine ECM and found that it had 1,274,307 miles not 203,170 miles which we were lead to believe.  dales truck parts, inc is not willing pay for the damages because the 30 day warranty has expired but they mislead us into thinking that we were buying a good low mileage engine that did not need repairs.  They lied about the mileage so that they could take advantage of us without any recourse.
