Dalva Group is a sham group of companies whose primary purpose is to scam people of funds. Dalva Group is Albert Dalva, a South America national who fled the continent due to check fraud issues. He now uses the Dalva websites to scam people into turning over their credit information to him to open business. He then runs up the credit and runs. Its a criminal enterprise.
