I saw an ad on puppyfind where Danielle Cole was selling Golden Retriever puppies. She was asking $750.00. I called her and told her of my situation in that I needed to purchase 4 puppies from her because I had only had a small litter myself. She explained to me that I would need to go to her web site and and send to her a deposit of $110.00 for each puppy or $440.00. These were puppies that were not born yet. The expected date was in September or October. That was in April 2020. I did that and received a  receipt.

Over the next month she would call me and tell me some personal things that had happen in her life. I even suggested she should write a book. 

On May 8th I got a email from Paypal saying that she had refunded my deposits. There was no explation. I then checked her ad on Puppy Find and saw she had just had a litter of Golden Retriver puppies.

I wrote her a couple of emails asking her what was going on. She responded by calling me on the phone. She said I don't want you to profit on my work. I said does it matter?

I agreed to now buy one of the puppies that was just born for myself for $950.00 and sent her another deposit of $110.00 with Paypal.

One day later she called me to say that one woman who had givin her a deposit of $440.00 wanted her money back. Danielle was worried because she didn't have the money to pay this woman back.

She also called me another time and asked me if I was willing to buy all the puppies she might have in a year around 50 and would I agree to buy all of them for a good price. I told her I would think about that.

A few days later I got a email from  Paypal telling me of the 4 deposits she sent back two did not clear because she didn't have the money in her bank account. I called her about that and we agreed that I would now have three deposits on file toward the puppy.

She also promised that she would keep me up  to date with photos and videos of my puppy I was getting from her. But that never happend.

About a month ago I called her to ask why I have not gottrn any photos that she promised. From the caller ID she knew it was me and answered "Hello Jan, Are You Stalking Me?" Before I could answer she hung up. I thought that was wierd. I am a client of hers.

About a week ago I looked at her ad on Puppy Find and saw she was advertising puppies not born yet for $1,800.00. I then went to her web site and saw all the photos of the puppies she was to deliver on July 3rd as sold.

I looked on facebook to see if she had and information on the puppies but her facebook page was down. However while on facebook I read some reviews saying that she had sent some people their deposits back with no explation. One lady had not got  her deposit  back for  two puppies yet, was told her two puppies had been sold to another person(s),

So what happened is Danielle figured out she could double the price from $900.00 to $1,800.00 because of the market is hot due  to the virus. So she took advantage of several families who were expecting a puppy they had put down a deposit on because she was I guess greedy.

When I read what other people were saying about her I sent her a text and informing her of what others were saying. 

The next day while on her ad on Puppy Find I saw within an hour she changed her company name two times. Also the link to her web site also was taken down as well as her email address.

I also read a bad review from one on her clients on Puppyfind that had just been placed.

I figured since I had not gotten any of my deposits back that I would still be able to get my puppy. 

I sent her a email yesterday telling her that I was coming to pick up my puppy around July 4 and if I had any problems I was going to bring the local police with me. Within an hour I got a email from Paypal saying she had sent me back  $330.00.

In her email to me she said I don't work with brokers even though she knew I wanted this puppy for myself. 

However the problem with that is she had done that before and a week later as I had mentioned before, two of the deposits did  not clear her bank.

This is the type of breeder that gives other breeders a bad name. To be in this business you need to treat everone the same. It is wrong to take a deposit from someone who is expecting a puppy in a few weeks to sell the puppy to others at a higher price. 

It is imoral, unethical, and considerd fraud. Dianielle Cole needs to stop breeding puppies if she cannot operate her business in an honest way.

I even offered to help her get out of the mess she is in. To date I have not received any reply.

I believe the other families have contacted Puppy Find and Paypal in their hopes that Danielle can never use Paypal or Puppy Find again.
