I had nightmare experience with David Feder, who pose as an aggressive trial attorney for REGOSIN, EDWARDS, STONE & FEDER on his LinkedIn profile.  I was hiredto do programming work for website which he spent time working on while being a lawyer for this firm.  After all this work and finishing doing great job we were scammed out of the money he owed us.  Instead he change his mind and told me it should have been written in different programing language!!!!!!! It is crazy. He scam me out of thousands!!!!!!

Stay AWAY from him and dont work with him EVER!!!!!

Foreign Scam Artist - American Express Agrees

AUTHOR: David - (USA)

POSTED: Thursday, May 21, 2015

Unfortunately, I had not even learned that this "complaint" existed until just recently.

In short, I contacted this company to provide a "rebranding" of our Law Firm's website. This was supposed to be straight design-work for hire. The "programming" and "programming language" is a completely invented story. The core of the issue here is a foreign, incompetant, shaddowy company, attempting to scam a hard working Law Firm.

Their company website clearly stated two important and relevant disclaimers (1) "satisfaction guaranteed" and (2) "free trial" - which included a free presentation of their "rebrand" work, for our firm to comment on (or approve if satisfied). However, in order to start the free trial, my credit card was required, but was not to be charged without an agreement to approve the work and move forward with the rest of the design. The company also had an ongoing "subscription service" at different rates for "ongoing support".

After engaging the company for the free trial, they supplied us with the most unprofessional, template design, I had ever seen. Once I realized that this was not a company we could possibly gain value from working with, I expressed my dissatisfaction with the presented work product, and told them we were not interested in working with them.

I thought that was the end of the story, until I saw numerous charges on my American Express credit card for hundreds of dollars from a company name I did not recognize. I immediately contacted my credit card company to try and figure out where the charges were coming from. After much investigation I came to find out that this comany decided to charge me their MOST PREMIUM subscription service under a different company name, despite the fact that I did not even agree to engage them in the design work!

American Express obviously, shut down their charges and charged back their payments. After looking into the company further, I found a long list of complaints on the Better Business Bureau website for EXACTLY THE SAME CRIMINAL ACTIVITY. They now seek to defame me for exposing their criminal activity and likely protecting others from suffering the same fate as me.

Please learn a lesson from all of this. Don't work with companies you dont know, haven't been reccomended to, or are able to verify.
