1. Don’t tell anybody else about this.

2. Talk only to us.

3. Left no name of manager or supervisor on any paperwork.

4. Days later, I was given a 9-digit loan number to login to account.

5. After that, I got a 4 or 5-digit loan number from a different person and for the same purpose.

6. Because of conflicting statements I kept getting from different people about making payments, I was told I could pay directly to AAA GREEN BUILDERS instead of the financier Mosaic, laughable.

7. Charged me $31,545 and were going to charge me taxes because, “everybody has to pay taxes,” David Levy said.

8. I complained about the taxes on top of the already unusually high cost of replacing the roof.

9. David then said he could help with ‘No Tax.

10. Ofir interjected that he could help me with taxes, too and called the alleged ‘Nice Ukrainian boss’ to see if he would approve of me not paying taxes.

11. Allegedly, he approved and told Ofir he didn’t want to hear it again.

12. Their so-called 12-month promotional, no payments, no interest is an oxymoron because my first payment is due April 10th, 2023, but according to XXXXX, it already includes the 10% interest rate.

13. The roofers didn’t replace the gutter that’s on the side of my backyard: they left the old one.

14. I saw what appeared like a new gutter laying on my front yard and asked one of the workers if they were finished replacing all the gutters, and he said yes.

15. I signaled if they’d had replaced them all around, and again, he told me yes. I asked why that one was laying around, and he told me they always buy more than they need.

16. He asked me if I wanted him to leave that one in my backyard, and I said there was no room, and why would I want it if they’d already replaced all like he’d told me.

17. Obviously he lied because when my brother came over, we checked the gutters and realized the one in the backyard that we could see was the same old one.

18. My brother and I kept finding those sharp tacks on my property, and I still found tacks and nails in my backyard the following week and kept finding tacks through March 26, 2022.

19. These scammers charged me $31,545 to replace my roof and were still going to charge me taxes because, ‘everybody has to pay taxes.’

20. I made faces about paying taxes then David quickly jumped in saying he could help me with the taxes, and Ofir also said, “I can help with taxes, too.” How generous of them.

21. They allegedly also called their so-called very nice Ukrainian boss to see if he’d approve for me not to pay taxes. The ‘nice Ukrainian boss’ allegedly told them it was ok for me not to pay taxes but didn’t want to hear it again.

David’s phone number is (818) 292-2312. Another of David’s phone number is (800) 822-2774. Ofir’s phone number is (818) 422-2979, but Ofir never replied to my messages.

All I emailed MOSAIC for was to let them know that if I could manage to pay off the loan, it’d have to be with either bank or cashiers check because I don’t have personal checks, and this is the scamming reply I received from them. I replied reiterating my request to be able to find out if I could possibly pay off the loan and also requested their correct mailing address because the paperwork the original scammers left me don’t have a correct or valid address.

I also reminded these people I have till April 10th, 2023 to pay off the loan and want to know why in hell they’re giving me an ultimatum that includes penalty fees if I don’t pay off the balance by May 31, 2022.

Tacky Sharp Tacks Everywhere

AUTHOR: Anitram - (United States)

POSTED: Friday, April 15, 2022

Up till April 14th, 2022, I found at least four sharp tacks exactly where I was digging up some bulbs with my hands. Also, I keep getting confusing emails from Mosaic Panels, Inc, AAA GREEN BUILDERS’ financier, about payment nonsense when they’ve already started collecting money from my account even after they keep telling me their promotional period does not allow for auto pay. That’s a total lie because when I first logged into the portal, I was asked to set up automatic payment.

They’d also sent me a reminder that due payment was coming up April 10th, but Mosaic actually collected payment on April 12th, 2020, for $368+ dollars. So how can they kept saying they are not able or can’t set up auto payment during the 12-month promotional period and are still collecting payment? And different people by phone and email have given me different loan numbers.

Again, they keep finding ways to keep scamming me and others with their lies, tricks, and total incompetence on top of it all. I use capitals because that’s how scamming AAA scammers spell their business name.

Tricks and Contradictions

AUTHOR: Anitram - (United States)

POSTED: Tuesday, April 12, 2022

The reply I got after I wanted to change my payment options to start paying and avoid falling in their trap by defaulting, and because they told me many times I didn’t have to make any payments for twelve months, but even at the twelfth month, I’d have to start paying interest, so I told one lady, so, really, in order to avoid paying interest, I’d have to pay off the entire d**n loan would have to be before April 10th, 2023, and she agreed.

These scammers are really trying to make sure I mess up.: The only one that can chenge it it’s you through them I can’t do it for you sorry this is not in our end anymore we cant change the plan mosaic called her to let her know that there is no automatic payment for this she need to log in to her account every time that she want to pay. That’s what the financing wrote

Nightmare Wrapped in Emotional/Psychological Turmoil

AUTHOR: Anitram - (United States)

POSTED: Tuesday, April 12, 2022

The incredibly emotionally/psychologically, and physically draining experience I’ve been dealing with since those three scammers showed up and pushed themselves into my house and life is taking a severe toll on my health. I’ve been experiencing severe headaches, loss of equilibrium and balance, lack of sleep, abdominal pains, and blurred vision.

I’ve had to suspend medically recommended daily walks and exercise and can’t even perform my daily house chores. I hope these thieving scammers pay for what they’ve done to me and hope no one else falls victim to their scams. They ought to be in prison for what they are doing.

Scamming And Lying Continue

AUTHOR: Anitram - (United States)

POSTED: Tuesday, April 12, 2022

This water issue that was caused by AAA GREEN BUILDERS and wasn’t happening before will cause the El Paseo Board to require me to paint my house, an expense I can’t afford! And to clarify, AAA GREEN BUILDERS did not replace the gutters in the backyard nor around either of my two neighbors. Also, it seems they didn’t replace my solar panels because I can’t get hot water in the kitchen or bathroom sinks. These scammers totally messed up and ripped me off.

Now, April 12, 2022, I just found out they’ve already collected payment from my checking account, after I’d been repeatedly told no auto payment had been set up, and that my first payment was due April 10th, 2023. Every single time I spoke with someone from different departments, I was told all kinds of different lies.

Now it also turns out Mosaic, their financier, is actually called, Mosaic Panels, Inc. A Scam Likely call is just coming in. Those calls haven’t stopped since after the scammers left my house the very first day they were in my house. Amelia

Scammers Keep Scamming

19. When I had a chance to check the gutters behind my house and into neighbors’ backyard, I realized those hadn’t been replaced either, so the workers only replaced the gutter above the garage door, in front of my driveway.

20. April 5th, 2022, I found two more sharp tacks, and one of them was stuck in a plant I was about to pull out.

Another one was stuck in my little fig tree, and before I’d found another one going through a leaf of my mother fig tree. These scammers were obviously very careless with their clean up. The entire time the workers were at my house, I had to put up with excessively loud noise and kept getting headaches and have had them since then. And since it’s obvious the workers also messed up my solar panels on purpose, I’ve been getting daily and multiple calls a day from Solar Panel companies, and some even tell me I inquired about the panels. I don’t engage but either don’t answer or quickly hang up and block the callers, but I keep getting many calls daily from different cities throughout CA. I even miss important family calls because of this.

Purposely Deceived

AUTHOR: Anitram - (United States)

POSTED: Thursday, April 07, 2022

The scammers first sent a weird looking guy to lie to anyone whom he saw and got ahold of. He started his scamming account by saying they were doing work in the neighborhood. I’d already started to feel skeptical and suspicious because I walk around the neighborhood every morning. He then proceeded to ask me all kinds of personal questions about my home and other stuff.

I quickly told him I wasn’t interested in anything he had to say, but he kept following and walking very close to me. I wanted to smack the b*****d. He then started asking me about my house and roof and how long I’d been living there. I asked him to get off my property, but he kept pushing his way to my porch where I had sat down to get away from him.

I told him to get off my property again but didn’t and started calling the other two scammers who showed up very quickly. The first scammer disappeared very fast, and the new ones quickly managed to get into my house. They quickly started talking about the great funding available for homeowners who wanted to do improvement projects, and how they could check to see if I qualify.

I told them right away I could neither sign anything nor get into any contract without a family member present because of a stroke. I also told them I have processing and cognitive issues and needed time to process and consult with my family members. The guys went so fast and checked my credit and allegedly quickly filled out an application to see if I qualified for funding that I understood as some kind of government funding or program because they kept saying they had several different programs I could apply for.

One so-called program declined my 'application’ while the second one approved it. I mentioned I wasn’t ready to proceed and knew legally I had 72 hours to change my mind, and David Levy quickly stated: But why would you want to change your mind? Funding can run out any second. These scammers were not going to take no for an answer and kept drilling me and lying through their teeth, even using politics to get to me, and telling me their boss was a really nice Ukrainian man, and blah, blah, blah.

After they left and read the welcome emails, I realized there was no such thing as funding, but they’d just stuck it to me with a loan for over $31,000 dollars, a d**n debt I can’t even afford. I’d never in my life had any debts except for my mortgage that I’d planned to pay for with my savings that now I’ll need to use to pay this debt. Also, throughout the time the workers were at my house, they broke into my backyard when I was not home, and they showed up an hour and a half early.

The main two scammers pretended to measure my driveway for a dumpster they were bringing the very next day even though I hadn’t seen or heard from my family members. I told the scammers I didn’t want anything in the driveway because I’d just had some work done on it and didn’t want it damaged. The guy measured it as 17”X20’ when I’d already knew that wasn’t correct. The next morning, someone showed up with a d**n monster that was wider than 17” and 20’.

It was 29 feet and didn’t even fit in the driveway. I had to move my car again to accommodate this crap. Luckily, my contractor was there and told me they couldn’t put the dumpster in my driveway because it’d crack. The workers were careless with sharp tacks and nails and also threw away brand new shingles that I was told were purchased for my roof. I was able to stop one worker from throwing a whole bag in the dumpster.

I told him I’d paid thousands of dollars for the materials and wasn’t going to let them throw them away. In fact, before the crooks left, I heard them ask someone if they’d already taken the extra materials from the other project to the warehouse. That’s what the crooks claimed they had already purchased for me and added a 25% restocking fee to the contract.

The workers also lied about having replaced all the gutters around the house because when my brother came over, we checked carefully what we could see and saw the gutter in the backyard was the same old one. Days later, we checked the gutters on the neighbors’ side, and those were not replaced either. And up till April 7th, I kept finding sharp tacks and nails in my planters and stuck in the leaves of my plants and trees. With the high winds from April 7th, I could hear strong flapping coming from my roof.
